What this app is
app.onlytap.es is the app of OnlyTap, a Volcano MKT service for businesses. With it, each business manages its plaques with a QR code and an NFC chip, changes the links and pages they lead to and checks its statistics.
OnlyTap is for professionals only. Its use is governed by the terms of service, and the processing of personal data by the privacy policy.
Prices
Prices without taxes. Volcano MKT is under the small business scheme of IGIC (the Canary Islands indirect tax), so the service is exempt from IGIC. If that changes, the applicable taxes will be added.
Intellectual and industrial property
The OnlyTap name, its logo and its icon, the Volcano MKT name and the texts, illustrations, designs and code of this app belong to their owner or are used with the permission of whoever holds them. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party trademarks mentioned in the app, such as Google or Tripadvisor, belong to their owners. We mention them only to explain how the service works, and this does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or certification.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Los Llanos de Aridane (Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
