OnlyTap

Terms of service

November 2026

This is a translation of the Spanish original. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of OnlyTap. You accept them when you create your account. “We” means Volcano MKT and “you” means the business that uses OnlyTap.

1. Who provides the service

OnlyTap is a service of Miguel Monterrey Varela, trading as Volcano MKT, sole trader, tax ID 42192719R, with address at Av. Carlos Francisco Lorenzo Navarro, 56, 38760 Los Llanos de Aridane (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Spain. You can write to us at hola@onlytap.es or call us on +34 611 775 077.

2. For professionals only

OnlyTap is only for those who use it for their business, as a sole trader or a company. By creating the account you confirm this, and you confirm that you can accept these terms on behalf of that business. As you are not contracting as a consumer, neither the right of withdrawal nor the other consumer protection rules apply.

3. Your account

Keep your details up to date and your password safe. You are responsible for what is done from your account. If you think someone has got in without permission, write to us as soon as you can.

4. What OnlyTap is

OnlyTap lets you create links with a fixed address, open them with a QR code or an NFC plaque, publish pages for your business and see the statistics of taps and scans.

Plaques are not included in the plans. They are ordered separately, on quote, and delivered by courier. You can also use your own plaque. The turnkey service is agreed separately and in writing.

5. Plans and prices

Free plan: €0, no card
1 link, 1 QR code with a fixed design and the OnlyTap logo, 1 registered plaque and 100 taps or scans a month, added together. Statistics show only the month’s totals. Pages carry the OnlyTap mark. Smart QR rules and AI are not included.
Premium: €9.95 a month or €99.50 a year, taxes not included
Unlimited links, QR codes with your colours and your logo, also in SVG, Smart QR rules, all statistics, pages without the OnlyTap mark and AI 30 times a month.

On the free plan, on reaching 100 taps or scans, the link is paused until the next month.

To prevent abuse, on any plan each file can take up to 10 MB and the whole account up to 500 MB.

Prices without taxes. Volcano MKT is under the small business scheme of IGIC (the Canary Islands indirect tax), so the service is exempt from IGIC. If that changes, the applicable taxes will be added.

6. Payment, renewal and cancellation

We charge Premium through Stripe. Your card details do not pass through OnlyTap. The subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on what you choose. Your invoices and billing details are in Plan and billing.

You can cancel whenever you like. You stay on Premium until the end of the paid period and then move to the free plan.

If a charge fails, you have 15 days’ grace while we retry it. If it is not resolved, you move to the free plan.

There are no refunds, except those required by law.

7. When you move to the free plan

The first link you created stays active and the others are paused. Registered plaques open that link. Rules and QR designs stay saved, but are not applied. If you return to Premium, everything works as it did before.

8. Paused links and deleted links

Paused links are kept for 12 months with their history. They are then deleted, and we notify you by email at least 30 days beforehand. The first link and the free account are not deleted for this reason.

If you delete a link, it goes to the trash for 30 days. It is then deleted for good, with its QR code and its scans.

9. Your content

What you upload or publish remains yours and you are responsible for it: you must have the right to use it and it must comply with the law. You give us permission to store it, adapt it and display it only to provide the service.

You may not use OnlyTap to deceive those who open a link, impersonate others, distribute harmful software, infringe third-party rights or for any illegal activity.

Anyone can report a page from its footer. We can remove content and deactivate links or accounts if their use is contrary to these terms or to the law.

If a third party makes a claim against us over unlawful use of your account or your content, you take responsibility for that claim and its costs.

10. Artificial intelligence

On Premium you can ask the AI to fill in a page. The result may contain errors: review it before publishing it. What you publish is your responsibility. The privacy policy explains what data is sent.

11. Availability

We work to keep OnlyTap running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee it: there may be stoppages for maintenance and failures of our own or of third parties. We can change and improve the features of the service.

12. Liability

At most, we are liable for what you have paid for whatever gives rise to the claim: the last month or the last year paid. On the free plan, which has no cost, there is no amount to claim.

We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, such as loss of business or reputation, for failures of carriers, payment providers or internet networks, or for force majeure.

These limits do not apply in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Personal data

We are the controller of your account data, as the privacy policy explains. For the data of people who open your links and your pages or who appear in your content, you are the controller and we are the data processor.

The data processing agreement forms part of these terms and you accept it with them, with no need to sign it separately. It is always available in My Profile.

14. Closing the account

You can close your account in My Profile, typing your email to confirm. The subscription is cancelled and your links, QR codes and plaques stop opening. We keep the data for 12 months and then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will ask you to accept them again when you enter your account. If you do not agree, you can close it.

16. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Los Llanos de Aridane (Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
